Base modular kits come with 3 types of walls, 3 types of floor pieces,and 5-7 fascinators (benches, lamposts, signs, ect.) depending on complexity. uv's will be done as if all textures will be repeating unless requested otherwise.if you require more pieces, the price will go up depending on the complexity of the piece. baseline increase of $20 for basic walls/floors. This also goes for if you do not need as many pieces as i provide. Pricing can be discussed.

singular rooms

Single rooms are to be made for reference purposes and/or for the inside loading zones of buildings. these will be delivered as they are in a zip file to be copy-pasted wherever you need them.
uv's will be laid out as if all textures are repeating unless specified otherwise. textures themselves are extra and must be negotiated before the end of the modeling phase.
